Email support@lunastar.top with your app version, the issue and steps to reproduce it. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment receipts.

Accounts and sign-in

Use your original sign-in method to recover your account, rather than creating new accounts after a failed sign-in. You can also visit the account recovery page.

Subscriptions and restoring purchases

See the app for products and prices supplied by the App Store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Delete your account

Request account deletion from Account Security in the app. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple subscriptions; please manage them separately.
